Prashant Shukla is an experienced education professional, government teacher, and social worker with a strong background in academics, rural values, and community service. He is serving as the Joint Secretary of N D Care Foundation, where he actively contributes to social initiatives related to education, awareness programs, rural development, and community welfare.

He has been working as a Teacher in the Uttar Pradesh Government since 08 March 2006, gaining extensive experience in teaching, student development, and academic administration. Through his long service in the education sector, he has played an important role in guiding students and promoting quality education in rural and semi-urban areas.

He holds an MBA degree, along with Post Graduation in History, and professional teaching qualifications including B.Ed. and B.T.C., reflecting his strong academic background and dedication to the field of education.

Being a farmer by birth, he has deep roots in rural life and understands the real challenges faced by farmers and village communities. This background helps him stay closely connected to ground-level issues and motivates him to work for rural development, education awareness, and social upliftment.
