Mr. Ketan Shakya is an experienced civil engineering professional with a strong background in rural infrastructure development, particularly in the construction and management of rural roads and bridges. He is serving as an Advisor to N D Care Foundation, where he provides guidance on projects related to rural development, infrastructure planning, and sustainable community initiatives.

He is currently working as General Manager at Madhya Pradesh Rural Road Development Authority (MPRRDA), Ashoknagar, Madhya Pradesh, where he is responsible for project planning, technical supervision, contract management, and strengthening rural infrastructure systems.

Mr. Shakya has several years of field and administrative experience in the planning, execution, monitoring, and quality control of rural road and bridge construction projects. From 2017 to 2019, he served as Assistant Manager in Tikamgarh District, where he was actively involved in the implementation and supervision of rural connectivity projects. From 2019 to 2024, he worked as Assistant Manager in Rajgarh District, successfully managing multiple rural road development projects while ensuring technical quality, timely execution, and compliance with government standards.

Since November 2024, he has been serving as General Manager, leading infrastructure development projects and coordinating with government departments, engineers, contractors, and local authorities to ensure effective execution of rural development works.

He has closely worked with major government initiatives such as Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY), contributing to improved rural connectivity, better transportation facilities, and economic growth in remote areas. His professional approach focuses on sustainable infrastructure, transparency in project implementation, and long-term rural development.

As an Advisor to N D Care Foundation, Mr. Shakya provides valuable technical guidance for projects related to rural infrastructure, eco-village development, sustainable construction, and community welfare, helping the foundation design practical and impactful development programs.

With his extensive experience in public sector engineering and rural development, he continues to support initiatives that promote sustainable infrastructure, social progress, and community empowerment.
