Shriman Narayan Tiwari is an experienced HR & Industrial Relations professional with strong expertise in administration, labour management, and statutory compliance in large infrastructure and power projects. He holds an MBA/PGDM from Vinayaka Mission University and a B.Sc from Veer Kunwar Singh University.

He is currently working as HR & IR Officer with L&T Energy Power, where he handles industrial relations, time office functions, labour administration, statutory compliance, and general administration for major construction and power sector projects. He has previously worked with reputed organizations including Larsen & Toubro, Simplex Infrastructure Ltd., L&T ECC Ltd., and Sanfran Developers Pvt. Ltd.

He has contributed to several major projects such as Thermal Power Plants, Delhi Metro Project, IGI Airport Terminal-3, High-Rise Building Projects, and Housing Infrastructure Projects, gaining extensive experience in manpower management and project administration.

As an Executive Member of N D Care Foundation, he supports the organization in administrative coordination, project management, and social welfare activities, contributing his experience in management, discipline, and organizational development for community initiatives.
